Tennis is a popular sport the world over and most new hotels choose to include at least one court amongst the facilities that they offer their guests. Despite having a tennis court (or two!) however, many resorts and hotels only offer tennis on a ‘turn up and play’ basis and it is finding a property that really caters for the serious player that proves more difficult. Our chosen destinations haved been carefully picked to feature what we would class as a professional tennis centre with good coaching and enough courts to ensure that all hotel guests have access to court time.

The Canary Islands and Egypt for instance offer a perfect destination for winter tennis, but during the summer months the Mediterranean countries of Spain and Portugal top the popularity stakes. La Manga Club in Spain and Vale do Lobo in Portugal continue to offer some of the very best tennis facilities in the world!
